Why can’t people take the truth?!?!?
I hate the fact that alot of people can’t take the true expecially if they asked for the truth. Then why is that person viewed negativly. For ex. girls are called B*%$#es and guys are called a&&h$#*@!!! People should stop asking everyone elses opinions and trust their own, am I right???
We all have this idea that we are the best person we can be, even though that isn’t true. Some don’t want to hear the truth because they are afraid of it. It scares them that they are doing something wrong in someone elses eyes. We are often too afraid to really take a good look in the mirror and we just want others to tell us we are ok. When that isn’t the answer, it forces a person to look more deeply at themselves, and most people don’t like that.
As far as I am concerned, the truth is the kindest thing you can give a person though.

That depends on the context of the truth.
Constructive truth should be accepted. ie. “Red’s not your colour. You should wear something Green.”
Negative truth serves no purpose. ie. “I hate you.” Perhaps you do hate them, but why should they react positively to that information merely because it is true ?

you are right. sometimes, like when a girl asks one of her friends if she looks good, & they say of course!…well she’d most likely think that they are only saying that because they are her friends so she would ask for the truth. however, deep down , people dont want to really hear the truth…it only hurts.
people do need to thicken up their skin a little bit. people in this world live hard lives & you cry about the truth?
